today we are in our kitchen garden we are here to collect bitter gourd from plant this is small bitter gourd variety of plant in this plant only small size bitter gourds are grown with this bitter gourds I’am going to make a bitter gourd tamarind gravy today this variety is so good for health,but it will be littile bitter i have collected 5 bitter gourds from the plant we will make a tamarind gravy with this bitter gourds hallo friends,welcome to secret of samayal today we are going to make a bitter gourd tamarind gravy with our kitchen garden vegetable this is so healthy little bitterness will be there,but it is very healthy come on,let’s move to the preparation in a kadai,heat 1 tblsp oil put some mustard seeds some fenu greek seeds put some chopped onion 1 green chilli slit into two some curry leaves and some chopped tomatoes fry till the tomatoes are soft tomatoes are well cooked now add the chopped bitter gourd into it i have chopped into big pieces,you can chop as per your preferance fry for a min after a min add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp sambar powder now add pulp of 1 goose berry size tamarind salt to taste add required water to cook the bitter gourd close with lid and cook until the bitter gourd is cooked after 5 mins now let’s check bitter gourd is cooked well and the gravy came to thick consistancy put a small piece of jaggery into it add some grated coconut mix it our bitter gourd tamarind gravy is now ready this goes well with rice if you like this video,please subscribe my channal
